How new places impact the nervous system



Arriving into new places & spaces does a lot to my nervous system.


Sometimes it feels super easy and smooth, sometimes there can be some sort of resistance and vulnerability.


As being on travels, location changes happen more and more often.


And so I decided to make a practice out of it.


A practice of:


  • keeping it slow & listening deeply to myself

  • practicing gentle awareness

  • putting my mind aside

  • staying open for unexpected events

  • living in full presence

  • allowing myself to decide from moment to moment
